In September, 2nd Crawley Scouts opened sections for Cubs and Scouts from the Muslim community, being run by members of their community. This project first started in 2020 but was delayed because of the pandemic. As soon as we were able we worked with the adult volunteers to get the project back on track. Today saw around 40 adults and youth members being invested. This included some Beavers, initially there wasn’t enough interest from this age group but that soon changed and they started in November but unfortunately scarves were out of stock so photos to follow when they have them.
