On Monday evening 2 members of the Crawley Scout Network unit, gave a presentation on their World Scout Moot 2025 Portugal experience. Courtney went as a participant and Allen as an International Service Team member. The Moot itself ran from 25th July to 3rd August 2025.
The Moot is a World Scout Organization of Scout Movement’s (WOSM) event for those aged between 18 and 25. Every four years, the World Scout Moot takes place in a different host country. Around 5000 Scout Network members take part in a project/exploration in small groups with Scouts from across the world and then come together afterwards with all participants for a celebration of culture and friendship.
The 17th World Scout Moot 2029 will be in Taiwan
