Although there is no longer a legal requirement for many things, as Scouts, with a duty of care to others and to young people, we recommend and expect the application of good hygiene and covid-safe approaches to all our meetings, events, activities and residential experiences.

Coronavirus Consent

Returning to face-to-face Scouts is voluntary for all young people, parents/carers and volunteers.

At this time, some volunteers or young people who are shielding or are in another vulnerable group might not be able to return to face-to-face activities at this stage. If you fall into this category, please provide this information below and discuss this with your leaders / line manager. The safety of our young people and volunteers is our overriding priority.

In order to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus and reduce the potential risk of exposure to our members, we are asking everyone to complete and submit the below information prior to participating in any face to face activities. Please do not attend any face to face activity until your responses have been returned via the form below or other means communicated by your groups. Please respond to each of the following questions truthfully and to the best of your ability. Your participation is important to help us take precautionary measures to protect yourself and all other members.
